Brick home with large sunroom and inground pool

Brick home at 101 Hope Lane, Clayton

This pretty brick home outside of Clayton, NC, is part of a working horse farm in a secluded neighborhood.  The 4000(+) square-foot home has a pleasant plan which features a big living room and a nice sunroom, too.  The master bedroom is located on the first floor, and there are three other bedrooms upstairs.   With the excellent layout, it will be worth the effort to do a little cosmetic updating on the home.  There also is a 900-square-foot basement perfect for a workshop or tack cleaning.

Your horses can move right into the two-stall barn.  They will be secure in the two pastures surrounded by white-board fence.  The barn is complete with sturdy wood stalls, a cement floor tack up area, and a tack and feed room.  Ten acres gives room for riding in the woods, and the quiet streets in Sierra give additional routes for trails riding. There is additional land outside the pastures to add a third grazing area,  small ring, or big round pen.  It is sunny enough for a garden.

This property is priced at $535,000.  If you would like more information on this central North Carolina horse farm, contact me at annecain@kw.com, or call me at 919-303-3588.  I would love to help with your horse farm search.

About A Cain

I am originally from New York State and moved to Pennsylvania for college and graduate school. My husband and I later lived in California and West Virginia, and then we were transferred to North Carolina. I learned to ride as an adult, in North Carolina. I have two horses now: one wild-and-wooly teenager who is learning from me, and one former race horse that has turned into a school master for me. They are both pretty sensible and great on trails, so we go everywhere. They live with me on my own North Carolina mini farm. I love to sit on my deck in the evening and watch them graze.
